Hi, I'm Luke.
I've spent more than twenty years helping people in Market Harborough get fitter, stronger and healthier — from complete beginners and post-op rehab clients to a GB Aquabike competitor. My favourite clients are the ones who tell me "I'm really not a gym person."
My philosophy is simple: true fitness isn't about appearance — it's about enhancing your health span, not just your lifespan. Every programme I design is built to support longevity, helping you move better, feel stronger and live more fully at every stage of life.
Beyond exercise, I'll guide you on nutrition, recovery, stress management and sleep, so the results you build actually stick.
